Terms and Conditions
By placing a booking with Encore Corporate Cars you agree to the following terms and conditions and authorize Encore Corporate Cars to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to charging in full for the reservation should you be considered a “no show”.

Airport Arrival Waiting Time
Encore Corporate Cars provides 15 minutes complimentary waiting time for Domestic Arrivals and 45minutes for International Arrivals.
The driver will wait a further 10 minutes for domestic arrivals and a further 30 minutes for international arrivals before considering the booking a “no show”. You are required to contact us by phone or email if extra waiting time is required as charges may apply.

Flight Arrival Times
Encore Corporate Cars monitors all flight arrival times to ensure that your chauffeur is at the terminal when you disembark. Regardless of how long your flight is delayed, normal waiting periods commence from ACTUAL flight arrival time, not scheduled arrival time.

Point to Point Transfers
Encore Corporate Cars provides 10 minutes complimentary waiting time. Your Chauffeur will wait a further 10minutes before considering the booking a “No Show”. You are required to contact us by phone if extra waiting time is required as charges may apply.

No-Show Policy
For all transfers, a full cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a “no show”.

Cancellation Policy
Encore Corporate Cars requires a minimum notice for cancellations:

General Transfers: 4 hours (unless after 9pm for the next morning)
Airport Arrivals: 4 hours (unless after 9pm for the next morning)
As Directed / Hourly Hiring: 48 hours
Special Events & Concerts: 48hours
NYE: 7 days

Any speciality vehicles such as 10 seat and above require 72hrs notice for general and airport transfers.

All cancellations made within these times will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

”No shows” will be charged 100% cancellation fee.

Any Changes to pickup times are requested to be made within a minimum 2 hours period will be charged as waiting time.

Rates
Please contact us for all rates as these are dependent on the vehicle type and hiring requirement.
Please note that rates include GST, though exclude Tolls and Parking and Airport Levies.
Surcharge Pricing will apply for Public Holidays and Special Events will be provided on application.

Chauffeur gratuity is at your discretion.

Cleaning & Damages
Encore Corporate Cars reserves the right to demand full compensation for payment of $250 cleaning fee due to spillages or vomiting caused by passengers in Encore Corporate Cars vehicles.
No food is to be consumed inside vehicles whilst enroute to destination.
No smoking or any form of contraband permitted in any Encore Corporate Cars vehicle.

Payment Methods & Bookings
Encore Corporate Cars accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cabcharge, All bookings must be accompanied by a credit card.

All Credit Card payments attract 3% surcharge.

Monthly tax invoice statements and accounts can be setup for frequent travellers. Please note that a minimum monthly spend conditions apply.
